Weddings/Garden Parties

With the typical seating of guests at tables, the allotment of space for buffet, head table, bar DJ or band and dance floor; allow 15 square feet per guest.

Tent with side windows

Cocktail Parties

With minimal seating, smaller food stations, etc; allow 10 square feet per guest.

Space Requirements To Consider

Head table or Band - 150 to 200 sq. ft. Buffet - 200 to 400 sq. ft.

Portable Dance Floor

Ceremony or Row Seating

With aisle and stage considerations: Allow 8 square feet per guest.
